Our sesame flour is gently obtained from fresh, unhulled sesame seeds through cold pressing. The finely ground flour has a high proportion (up to 59%) of vegetable protein, is rich in fiber (17%) and minerals.

With its neutral, slightly sweet aroma, it is suitable for almost any type of pastry and can be very well combined with other gluten-free flours.
