New in the shaker: selected oilseeds for direct consumption!
There is no need to wait long! Some of our selected oilseeds are now available in practical spreaders. In no time you can refine your meals and dishes or enjoy them directly from the shaker.
Chia and flax are now available in our practical shaker!

Pressed in Marbach, used in the lounge kitchen of the pavilion in Hall 1 by the “Werten Köchen” from Hamburg: our various special oils. These include specialties that have won several awards.

Our flours: finely ground from the press cake
Did you know that there are a lot of nutrients in the de-oiled press cake? We therefore grind it into an extremely fine and healthy flour. Some varieties are high in protein, while others are particularly high in fiber.
Ask for our recipes with sunflower and almond flour for gluten-free chocolate muffins and rolls!

We process our nutrient-rich and de-oiled flours into various crisps for mueslis or snacks using an extrusion process
Our novelties: Our paleo crisps with chestnuts, chia seeds and honey are ideal for your health. We would also like to particularly recommend our Superfoo Crisp with teff, the smallest grain from Africa.
Always up to date: our VIOGERM® Wheat germ crisps. The healthy Mega-Crisp Vicroc is the ideal snack for when you get hungry.
CRISP PORTRAIT: NEW - Flavored Rice Crisps
Fancy a change? Our popular, neutral rice crisps are now also available flavored with coffee/cappuccino, banana or strawberry flavor!
The aroma crisps consist of rice flour, sugar and salt. They are available in different sizes and shapes and can therefore be ideally mixed with any application. Convince yourself of the taste!
