We produce our pumpkin seed flour from fresh, roasted pumpkin seeds by cold-pressing and finely grinding them. The flour is naturally green and has a slightly nutty note. With a high protein content of 55%, pumpkin seed flour is excellent for plant-based protein enrichment. The flour is also versatile in LowCarb cuisine thanks to its fiber content of 15%.
