Replacement of milk proteins and egg whites in breads
Our sunflower flour is an excellent alternative to milk proteins and egg whites. Milk protein or egg white are used in wholemeal and loaf breads to increase crumb formation and moisture. Our sunflower flour exhibits the same properties, but is more declaration-friendly. By foregoing milk proteins and egg whites, the bread also becomes a delight for vegans.
