The High Oleic Sunflowers (HO Sunflowers) are special breeds: Their high-quality vegetable oil can be heated to a high temperature without any problems. The fatty acid spectrum of HO sunflower oil differs from traditional sunflower oil. The proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, is around 80%.
