Sesame flour is made from cleaned, peeled, gently cold-pressed sesame seeds that are finely ground. It contains a high amount (up to 59%) of vegetable protein as well as a remarkable amount of fibre (17%). It is also rich in minerals.
It has a neutral, slightly nutty taste, making it ideal for baking. It can also be combined easily with other gluten-free flours.
