We have been pressing premium organic vegetable oils since 1899. We set great store by the origin and quality of our oil seeds, as well as our gentle processing.

Our range includes various flours made from high-quality oil seeds. We finely ground the press cake to produce the excellent flours. Depending on the seed used, the flours are rich in protein and/or fibre and also contain additional vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

The flours are natural, healthy, organic, vegan and lactose free.

We will be happy to confirm whether gluten-free varieties of our products are available on request.

Apricot kernel flour, de-oiled, organic  
Protein content 51%

This light, nutty flour is produced from high-quality apricot kernels. The sweet apricot kernels are gently cold pressed and then finely ground. The resulting flour is rich in proteins and minerals, with a delightfully mild taste of marzipan. Apricot kernel flour is a perfect baking ingredient and adds a finishing touch to smoothies.

 

Hemp seed flour, de-oiled, organic

Good binding properties

Hemp flour is produced from the seeds of the hemp plant. The seeds are gently pressed and then finely ground. The high proportion of fibre makes it a good binding agent. With a lightly nutty taste, it is ideal for baking and perfect for desserts and muesli.

Hemp protein is produced from the seeds of the hemp plant. The seeds are gently pressed before the press cake is sieved and the powder finely ground. The high proportion of vegetable protein makes it an ideal protein supplement. With a slightly nutty taste, it is ideal for baking or use in smoothies.

Good binding properties 

This neutrally-tasting flour is the all-rounder of the vegetable oil flours. Its balanced nutrient profile and its binding qualities make our  linseed flour from yellow seeds the ideal addition to low-carb cooking. This unique flour is ideal in baking mixtures and vegan spreads.

Peanut flour, de-oiled, organic and traditional
Protein content 48%
Fibre content 14% 

This light-yellow and finely milled flour is made from fresh peanuts. With a 50% protein content, it is perfect for adding flavour to muesli, bakery products, sauces and smoothies. It adds another dimension with its fine, nutty taste.

Pumpkin seed flour, de-oiled, organic and traditional

Fibre content 13%

Pumpkin seed flour has one of the highest protein contents of all the oil flours. This tasty flour is ideal for increasing the protein in smoothies and for low-carb cooking.

Sunflower flour, de-oiled, organic and traditional
Protein content 42%
Fibre content 18% 

Sunflower protein is the ideal flour for the glutenfree bakery industry. This lovely flour is particularly suited to light bakery mixtures. Its excellent nutritional profile adds value to any bakery products.
